Web Help Desk is an easy to use and easy to deploy. It features a user friendly tabbed interface. As it is written in Java, it is platform independent, it runs on any server that has Java 5 installed however users only need a browser to utilize the software. It manages a step-by-step history of ticket for technicians. It also has report that displays summary of all the work. Administrator can easily search clients; tickets and technicians, the status of tickets are also visible and administrator can e-mail any ticket to technician. Clients can categorize, such as Hardware, Software or Network request and set priority for their requests.
